Visual subsidence investigation
From £150

This basic survey is the initial step in recording subsidence through visual exploration. It focuses on examining the location of tree roots and identifying any signs of damage they may have caused.
This survey does not include root or soil analysis, digging trial pits, or ongoing monitoring. But rather serves as a valuable guide to determine if these additional measures are necessary.
